In today’s world, our bodies hold so much stress, emotions, inflammation, tension, and patterns we don’t even realize are living inside the fascia and nervous system. Over time, this can show up as tightness, bloating, shallow breathing, anxiety, pelvic discomfort, or feeling “stuck” in the body.

The Sacred Body Reset was created as a gentle, integrative way to help the body unwind and return to its natural state of balance.

This session blends my most supportive therapies—Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Mayan Abdominal/Womb Massage, Red Light Therapy, and Vagus Nerve Balancing—into one deeply restorative experience.

What Is the Sacred Body Reset?

The Sacred Body Reset is a hands-on, therapeutic session designed to support the fascia, lymphatic system, abdomen, diaphragm, and nervous system all together.
These systems are deeply interconnected—and when one is restricted, the others often compensate.

This session works slowly and intentionally to help:

  • Release fascial tightness

  • Encourage lymphatic drainage

  • Improve abdominal and womb circulation

  • Support digestion and detox pathways

  • Calm the vagus nerve and soothe the nervous system

  • Open the diaphragm and rib cage for deeper breath

  • Bring the mind and body into a grounded, peaceful state

Rather than focusing on one area, this treatment addresses the full core of the body—where stress, tension, and emotions are most commonly held.

The Therapies Included

1. Myofascial Release

A gentle, sustained technique that softens fascia, opens restrictions, and allows the body to naturally realign. Clients often feel their body “unwind” during this part of the session.

2. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Light, rhythmic movements support circulation, reduce swelling, aid detoxification, and help the body feel lighter and less inflamed.

3. Mayan Abdominal / Womb Massage

This traditional therapy encourages healthy blood flow to the uterus, digestive organs, and pelvic region. It supports menstrual health, digestive comfort, and pelvic alignment.

4. Red Light Therapy

Red light works on a cellular level to support repair, reduce inflammation, encourage collagen production, and bring warmth and circulation into the tissues.

5. Vagus Nerve Balancing

The vagus nerve is the main pathway of the parasympathetic nervous system—the “rest and restore” state. Balancing this nerve helps calm the mind, reduce stress, improve digestion, and support emotional release.
